She has devoted 17 years to advising individuals and groups in regards to personal, educational and career development.

Catherine completed the Conestoga College Career Development Practitioner Program with High Distinction. She also possesses an Ontario Teacher's Certificate, graduating with Honours. Cathy is qualified to offer both Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Personality Dimensions, which are formal assessment tools helpful to self-discovery, career decision making, and employee development.
Catherine emphasizes the need to reframe our thinking and our actions in order to cope with the realities of an ever-changing world and economy, whether as individuals or as businesses. This is an outlook that Cathy carries into her various life roles, which includes environmental, social, and community activism. Cathy is currently a member of Stewardship Oxford and the Woodstock Environmental Advisory Committee, and has won awards for her involvements in both advocacy and community education.
